They have been the kindest easy-going big brother or sister that looks over your shoulder and takes care of you if you have damage to your car and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision on Millville Road. "I am not impressed with State farm. I have an insurance agent which I have not spoken with I hear from team members only when I reach out to them. I asked for a review on my account to reduce my bill and without reviewing my account they merely sent out a beacon to monitor my driving.... I've been a customer for quite some time and inquired about professional business coverage and protection and was denied eligibility even though I had been a customer of theirs already. They wanted me to have had insurance with someone else for at least 2 years to be able to run a report and my personal transaction of vehicle coverage and renters insurance was not sufficient. The fact that I have been in business for 14 years was not sufficient. Operating under an LLC for over a year was not sufficient.
I do not feel valued as a customer both on a personal and business level and will be taking my business elsewhere."

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you feel undervalued as a customer at State Farm with strive to provide personalized and a tentative service to all our customers and it’s clear we fell short in your case. I apologize for the lack of direct communication from me and understand how important it is to have a consistent point of contact however, my team is the first line of action for common questions changes and needs. I manage my team and my business and step in when needed with a customer. They are all fully capable of doing the everyday task. If I had to do it all myself I would never be able to run train and meet with customers, Market my business and all the other daily activities agents and business owners manage. I am happy to meet with you at any time and any of my customers regarding your request for an account review we do reach out one time a year to ask if you’d like to come in and review your policies we do a three month check-in after new policies are written and we reached out on 9.29.25 one year after your policies started in the form of a call and a text message the following message was left on nine 9.29.25 “Hey Kimberly this message is from your Mellisa Vasquez State Farm Office. We like to meet with everyone as their policies come up for renewal. We find this important that you understand how your coverage is protect you and those are decisions we want you to be a part of please give us a call at the office at 513-829-0077 if you would like to schedule an in person or virtual appointment, thank you for trusting us with your insurance needs.
Regarding your request on the professional business coverage we regret that our eligibility requirements did not meet your expectations. These guidelines are in place to help us accurately assess risk and provide appropriate coverage, but we understand how frustrating the process can be especially for loyal customers like yourself. Your feedback is valuable to us and we all share it with our team to improve our communication and service approach. If you are open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and see if there’s anyway we can assist and move forward. Thank you for your loyalty over the years "
