We like to meet with everyone as their policies come up for renewal. We find this important that you understand how your coverage is protect you and those are decisions we want you to be a part of please give us a call at the office at 513-829-0077 if you would like to schedule an in person or virtual appointment, thank you for trusting us with your insurance needs. Regarding your request on the professional business coverage we regret that our eligibility requirements did not meet your expectations. These guidelines are in place to help us accurately assess risk and provide appropriate coverage, but we understand how frustrating the process can be especially for loyal customers like yourself. Your feedback is valuable to us and we all share it with our team to improve our communication and service approach.
